You may exchange or return merchandise purchased on TitaniumMicro.com for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. If your item has been opened or used, restrictions may apply, but don’t worry we’ll work with you!

Shipping
Orders with Free Standard Shipping (available for Continental US only) will take 2-3 working days to process and ship.
Orders with expedited or priority shipping are processed with priority but may still be subject to 1-2 working day processing time. In many cases, if ordered before 1pm PST, we process same day. If you are unsure about what shipping speed you need, please reach out to us at sales@titaniummicro.com
Orders placed after Business hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm PST) will be processed the next working day.
Shipping hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm PST. We do not ship weekends.
We strongly prefer shipping to physical addresses over P.O. Boxes as some carriers cannot complete delivery to these locations.
